The Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office provides satellite gun permit services for county residents seeking to obtain or renew their gun permit.  Representatives will be in Council Chambers of the City of Latrobe’s Municipal Building on Thursday February 8th and Thursday, August 8th from noon until 7 p.m.
